Your third encounter with GUILT is a bit tougher than the other ones; you're in an uphill battle. Your patient, Reuben, is a young boy in Africa. After Derek and Angie befriend him, he falls ill with Triti.

Triti is at the top of damn near everyone's most hated GUILT list. A triangle shaped membrane covers the affected organ. First, you removed the thorns from all three sides of the membrane. Second, you cut the membrane of at the dots, then you excise it using the forceps. Repeat. But, the problem is, the membrane regenerates if a certain piece is removed or left alone for a while. Be on your guard!
